We had a huge job at a rental that needed to be done, and we had a feeling there were subfloor issues. I wanted someone who could actually handle the issues instead of ripping out the floor, telling there's a subfloor issue, and then having to figure out a separate contractor to fix it before the job was finished (been there, done that with those big construction stores). Flooring RVA far exceeded expectations. They were really easy to communicate with up front, and then they handled so many things with our installation perfectly. I will definitely use them again when we need work done.

I want to give a huge shout out to Robert Fletcher and his install teams for helping us with our project to help a family member. We were going to use a flooring company in Mechanicsville until meeting Robert. The other flooring company wanted us to do the work of removing the old flooring and they were charging more! They were supposed to call me with the estimate but I didn’t hear from them until I called and asked them for their cost. They definitely didn’t want or need our business. Robert and his team came to our rescue. Give him an opportunity to help you with your project! They showed up on time, were professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again!

Just had our beautiful waterproof vinyl flooring put in, and it’s beautiful. Our needs were met from personal help selecting our floors to scheduling, install and after install attention to check if everything was to our expectations. The install (Cristian and his crew) were punctual, asked me questions as to how I wanted certain things and did an excellent job all around. Thanks to Robert and the RVA Flooring team.

I was recently shopping for flooring to make upgrades as part of selling my house. Tyler was my sales rep and helped coordinate getting detailed measurements and ensure I found the right flooring. He even brought in the owner Robert who was fantastic. Robert’s relationships and knowledge was super helpful in finding products that didn’t break the bank yet very high quality. He understands value and works hard for his customers taking great pride in his business. I love to see that with small business owners. The estimates they provided were quite detailed breaking down all aspects of the job so you knew exactly what you were getting. Although I ended up getting a contract on my house and didn’t proceed with the flooring install, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
