Beautiful Floors.
Made for Real Life.

We needed carpet for our new house on a short timeline and Flooring RVA exceeded our expectations. Laurel was a huge help recommending brands that could ship quickly and went above and beyond to get our install scheduled ASAP. We're thrilled with the results! Highly recommend

Robert and his team are the best in the business. I’ve referred countless clients to Robert and his team at Flooring RVA. He always goes above and beyond and I constantly get great feedback from the folks I refer. His installation crews are fantastic. Robert’s communication, detailed quotes, willingness to talk through the entire process is so much better than any other company I’ve worked with. I truly can’t speak highly enough. Kristine, his office manager has also been fantastic to work with. I will continue to recommend all my clients to Robert and Flooring RVA. Just wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!

5 years ago, Flooring RVA installed carpet in my old home. When we needed new carpet in our new home in one of our rooms due to a minor flooding, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Robert Fletcher again. They were amazing again and still get 5 stars from me! He came out and did the estimate and since we are hosting family for Christmas, Robert made sure it was installed before the holidays! The process was smooth and it looks amazing! Review 5 Years ago: 5 Stars..... FlooringRVA was so wonderful to work with! When I called to get a quote they came to my house and measured, then we went into the showroom and picked out our carpet. We were under budget! They were also ready to install our carpet the next week and we had to push them back because we weren't quite ready. Our installers were really friendly and professional! I highly recommend them! Our upstairs has been transformed!

My family lives in a one story house and wanted most of the main living space flooring replaced. From the moment we walked in the sales representatives were friendly, helpful, and what we loved the most, NOT PUSHY. They listened to what my wife wanted, and showed her the options accordingly that would work. Getting the quote was easy, and we worked with the team to take off things we didn’t want/need, and then compromised on the must haves. I must stress, Robert (the owner)and Laural were a pleasure to work with. Not pushy, explaining every detail and returning every phone call! We had a variety of flooring (laminate, wood, tile, and carpet) that they had to pull up which was done in a day. The crew doing the job was polite, worked hard, and knew their stuff. Overall, very happy with the process and will use them again for future projects.

We had a huge job at a rental that needed to be done, and we had a feeling there were subfloor issues. I wanted someone who could actually handle the issues instead of ripping out the floor, telling there's a subfloor issue, and then having to figure out a separate contractor to fix it before the job was finished (been there, done that with those big construction stores). Flooring RVA far exceeded expectations. They were really easy to communicate with up front, and then they handled so many things with our installation perfectly. I will definitely use them again when we need work done.

Just had our beautiful waterproof vinyl flooring put in, and it’s beautiful. Our needs were met from personal help selecting our floors to scheduling, install and after install attention to check if everything was to our expectations. The install (Cristian and his crew) were punctual, asked me questions as to how I wanted certain things and did an excellent job all around. Thanks to Robert and the RVA Flooring team.

My husband and I hired Flooring RVA to install LVP in the downstairs of our home last year, and we loved how it turned out so much that we decided to have them come back to do our upstairs this year! Robert and his team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is just unbeatable. You will not regret working with this great company!

This is the second job in our home that we had Flooring RVA do the work. Excellent service, beautiful work. We love our bathroom remodel and will be doing two more in the future. The service was on point, staff and contractors were top notch. Before and after pictures of our beautiful master bath.

Wonderful service! We have had multiple floor installations with Flooring RVA and have been pleased with install, clean up and price point. We had them come for a small repair and they came out the very next day. The installation gentleman found another repair we had not even seen and repaired that for us as well.
