Flooring RVA recently installed all new hardwood flooring in our bedrooms, and replaced our stairway carpet/runner. Tyler assisted us in this process and was phenomenal from the beginning. He reached out at every step of the process, and also gave us personal recommendations on material, color, etc. One star removed for lack of communication with scheduling our carpet installs that occurred with someone else there. Other than this hiccup, the installers work efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Flooring RVA, and use them again. Ask for Tyler if you go.

I want to give a huge shout out to Robert Fletcher and his install teams for helping us with our project to help a family member. We were going to use a flooring company in Mechanicsville until meeting Robert. The other flooring company wanted us to do the work of removing the old flooring and they were charging more! They were supposed to call me with the estimate but I didn’t hear from them until I called and asked them for their cost. They definitely didn’t want or need our business. Robert and his team came to our rescue. Give him an opportunity to help you with your project! They showed up on time, were professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again!

I am so pleased with the way my floors turned out. I had a combo of laminate and Dream Weaver carpeting. One of the biggest selling points of this process was working with Aric. When I got to the store, it was like he knew what I wanted. He recommended the laminate and the carpet make and color and it was perfect. This is the kind of salesmanship that makes for a very satisfied customer and a proud employer. If you are thinking of having your floors replaced, etc, do not hesitate to contact RVA Flooring.

Flooring RVA did an amazing job finding a very specific and difficult to acquire tile. I worked with Tyler, and he was professional, responsive, and got me the tiles I needed for half the cost of a different retailer.
